  • What is it?

    The Systems/Methods used is a large combination of multiple modalities Brett has learnt and studied through the years. From Revolutionary neuromuscular activation techniques that address muscular imbalance, function, co ordination and cognitive function, reducing stress along with removing pain and dysfunction in the body.


    The systems/methods used combines breathing practice and manual stimulus that reduces compensatory stress/cheat patterns, and increases/resets the neuromuscular connection ( mind to muscle) to get muscles working in the order they should.


    What happens is that compensatory muscle patterns (cheat patterns) use is reduced , the muscle length tension relationship restored, you are more relaxed and capable of thinking clearer and performing better.

    The System is Focused on Restoring and Enhancing Nervous System Control of the Muscles by Clearing Compensatory Tension and Patterns. Opening up the Neural Pathway to the Muscles and getting the body Supporting Itself How it Should.


    We Start to use Compensatory Patterns in our Breathing and Movement that we don't even realise we are doing.   • What is in a session?

    We start with testing what your body is doing now, so that we have a baseline on where we are and where we are aiming to be. This is done by simple muscle resistance, muscle strength and flexibility tests as well as breathing tests.


    Once you learn how to start breathing correctly (you'll be amazed at the changes just with learning how to breathe correctly)


    We then check the body's sequencing patterns by testing and activating our muscles helping structures return to their correct firing patterns, so they can then start doing their own job and not compensate by doing the job of another muscle.


    The Body and Brain start to Realign and Integrate Correctly Allowing you to finally open up and start to Perform to your True Potential. This helps us get into a deeper state of relaxation and gets the body back to how it should be working. Once Activated the results are Measurable and Immediate.
